No Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, Indochic does not accept cancellations. Due to the fast processing of orders, we are unable to stop or modify an order once it has been confirmed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

  • No cancellations will be accepted for any reason, including if you change your mind, if you find an issue with your order after it's placed, or if you experience delays.

Defective or Faulty Products:
We understand that, in rare instances, you may receive a product that is defective or faulty. If this occurs, we are committed to assisting you. Please follow the steps below for reporting defective or faulty items:

   - Before opening the product, please record a video that clearly shows the defective or faulty nature of the item. This video should capture the defect or fault in its original, unopened condition.
   - Ensure that the video is of good quality, showing the issue from different angles to help us assess it clearly.

3. Send Us the Information:  
   - Attach the video along with the description of the issue in your email to hello@indochic.store.  
   - Include any relevant photos that may assist in evaluating the product's condition.

4. Our Response:  
   - Once we have reviewed your email and video, our customer support team will get back to you within 2 business days with a resolution. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or any other appropriate action depending on the situation.

- Products must be unused and in original packaging for a claim to be processed.
